Buying a plot in Syterskalet gives you the opportunity to become part of Hemavan’s largest development area. New lifts, ski runs, accommodation and a vibrant centre are planned, making the area attractive year-round. Fully serviced, build-ready plots are now available with infrastructure in place. Water and sewage, electricity and fibre are provided at the plot boundary. The plots offer generous building rights for detached houses, apartments or semi-detached homes. Ski-in/ski-out access will be available thanks to the new lift opening for Christmas 2026. The area is also directly connected to the existing lift system in Hemavan, which includes around ten lifts.

Via the "Blå vägen" from Umeå (approx. 350 km). From Mo i Rana in Norway, takes about one hour.

By train or bus

Train to Umeå, Vännäs or Östersund – then continue by bus to Hemavan.
